Responsibilities
- Creat and draft all kinds of documents: official letters, announcements, decisions, letters, …;
- Contact service providers to solve the company’s affairs;
- Monitor and manage the situation of using labor at the Company, monitor and resolve the social insurance, health insurance/ welfare regimes for employees;
- Support recruitment when required;
- Then receive guests to work at the company;
- Prepare necessary when there are meetings at the company and afternoon training sessions, afternoon training sessions;
- Summarize, report and make payment procedures related to office expenses: electricity, water, telephone, taxi, …;
- Support other departments when necessary.
Experience and Skills
- Female, aged from 21 to 25;
- Graduated with a related major or interested in the position of Administration – Human Resources;
- Full time working;
- No experience required or experience is an advantage;
- Agile, cheerful, thoughtful, sociable.

Regulations
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 08h00 – 17h30.
- Office: Mipec Riverside Long Bien Building, no. 2 Long Bien 2, Ngoc Lam, Long Bien, Hanoi City.
