Responsibilities

  • Creat and draft all kinds of documents: official letters, announcements, decisions, letters, …;
  • Contact service providers to solve the company’s affairs;
  • Monitor and manage the situation of using labor at the Company, monitor and resolve the social insurance, health insurance/ welfare regimes for employees;
  • Support recruitment when required;
  • Then receive guests to work at the company;
  • Prepare necessary when there are meetings at the company and afternoon training sessions, afternoon training sessions;
  • Summarize, report and make payment procedures related to office expenses: electricity, water, telephone, taxi, …;
  • Support other departments when necessary.
 

Experience and Skills

  • Female, aged from 21 to 25;
  • Graduated with a related major or interested in the position of Administration – Human Resources;
  • Full time working;
  • No experience required or experience is an advantage;
  • Agile, cheerful, thoughtful, sociable.

Regulations

  • Working time: Monday – Friday, 08h00 – 17h30.
  • Office: Mipec Riverside Long Bien Building, no. 2 Long Bien 2, Ngoc Lam, Long Bien, Hanoi City.
